1. Agreement to Terms​

By accessing or using Gig Worker Support ("Service", "Bot", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service​

Gig Worker Support is a Telegram bot that helps gig economy drivers manage their scheduled rides. The Service provides:

  • Monitoring of available scheduled rides
  • Notifications about rides matching your criteria
  • Auto-scheduling of rides based on your rules
  • Schedule and area configuration tools

3. Eligibility​

To use this Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be an active driver on a supported gig platform (Lyft, Uber, inDrive, Alto, Wridz, or others)
  • Have a valid Telegram account
  • Agree to these Terms of Service

4. Account and Access​

4.1 Account Credentials​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API access tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.2 Platform Connection​

The Service requires connection to your gig platform account to function. By providing the necessary session information, you authorize us to access your account data on your behalf for the purposes described in this agreement.

5. Acceptable Use​

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (beyond normal bot interaction)
  • Share your account access with others
  • Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of service of your gig platform

6. Service Availability​

6.1 No Guarantee​

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors.

6.2 Modifications​

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6.3 Third-Party Dependencies​

The Service depends on third-party platforms (Telegram, Lyft, Uber, inDrive, Alto, Wridz, or others). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues with these platforms.

7. Payments and Subscriptions​

7.1 Pricing​

The Service operates on a pay-per-use model. Current pricing is displayed within the bot interface.

7.2 Payment Processing​

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

7.3 Refunds​

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

7.4 Balance​

Your account balance is non-transferable and may be subject to expiration as specified in the Service.

8. Intellectual Property​

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any rides will be successfully scheduled or completed

9.1 Third-Party Terms Compliance​

WE DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE USE OF OUR SERVICE COMPLIES WITH THIRD-PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LYFT, UBER, INDRIVE, ALTO, WRIDZ, OR ANY OTHER GIG PLATFORM'S TERMS OF SERVICE. By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You use this Service entirely at your own risk
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable third-party agreements
  • We are not responsible for any consequences arising from potential violations of third-party terms
  • Your gig platform account may be subject to suspension or termination by the platform provider

10. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Any damages resulting from missed rides or scheduling failures

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws

12. Termination​

12.1 By You​

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12.2 By Us​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

12.3 Effect of Termination​

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution​

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement​

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
